Staff were lovely. Location was excellent and we found it very easy to move around. Breakfast was lovely.

The location was very convenient, close to the lake and the puppet show. Walking distance to the train station and the mural street. The room was very spacious and details were of good quality. Mattresses were comfortable. The shower had good pressure. Breakfast was ok, a bit limited in options. The employees were so attentive and polite! They were far and beyond to fulfill our needs. A big thanks to David, Henry and Andrew who helped us with every requirement. We also booked a massage and it was quite pleasant.
