Many accommodations use the term "boutique hotel" to describe themselves but this place really is one. It's a hotel with a few rooms, very ingenious architecture and a unique interior. The bonus is the staff: very kind and cute people. They contacted me 2 days before our arrival to make sure of every detail and talk about our needs. The breakfast is good quality (except the cakes but desert is a foreign idea to the Vietnamese cuisine) Checking the map in advance, I thought the location was a bit closer to the sea, but it's still just within the distance that's comfortable to walk down to the beach in flipflop (7-8min). This closest part of the beach is maybe the best in Da Nang: lot of palm trees and few of people.

The customer service was exceptional. Shout out to Tina for her great English, helped us loads when we were around and also to Happy, for his Chinese and English skills as well as how he saw that it was one of our birthdays and got us a birthday cake to celebrate! Super sweet and really appreciated the thought as we couldn’t find a birthday cake. When it rained, the bell boys were always ready with their umbrellas. Before we stepped out of the hotel, they’d always ask if we needed a ride somewhere or if they can help us. Always a step ahead with their service, loved it.

-brand new hotel -clean ,very big rooms equipped with new bathroom,AC and TV -great location to the beach (3-5 min walk) -a lot of cafes / restaurants are close by -swimming pool on the top floor -balcony and the view -quiet -price & quality would highly recommend this hotel for nice & relaxing holiday in Danang -super nice and friendly ladies at the reception who speak English very well. -upon the arrival we got the welcome plate with fruits.
