The room is big, very comfortable, quiet and has a helpful washing machine. The hotel is quite far from the main touristic spots (for example the old quarter), nothing that a taxi or Grab bike doesn't solve it. The staff are very polite, helpful and speak perfect english. I would absolutely stay here again if I want to keep a little bit of distance from the crazy and noisy main spots of Hanoi.

We stayed for 4 days during our trip in Hanoi and it’s a lovely property with highest views from top of Hanoi. Food was great and large variety. 63rd floor bar was very nice and staff is excellent too, specially I want to thank SON LE for his excellent hospitality and customer service and Ms.CHINH bat stewardess working at the 63floor bar for her excellent customer service and the hospitality. Indoor pool is very nice and very clean.

The room was very spacious and super clean, the shower was nice and hot. The bed was big and just to my liking, I had a good night sleep. The staff was also amazing, they helped me with my transfer to Cat ba and really made my stay comfortable.

Located in the Old Quarter, this hotel allowed us easy walking access to the main sights of Hanoi. The hotel room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff are outstanding. Extremely welcoming and friendly, especially Mr Thuat at front desk, who took excellent care of us. All the staff were helpful, attentive, and really went the extra mile to make our visit to Hanoi memorable.
