The view from my balcony at BAMBOO HOTEL was truly spectacular! Overlooking the mountains... it offered a stunning and unforgettable sight. It was the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing night drink and a peaceful coffee in the morning while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The room was spacious.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life. It's just AMAZING. Very very beautiful, conveniently located in centre of Sapa, easily accessible. The swimming pool was very pretty (and warm). All the decorations were very cute and classy. It was the only hotel in Sapa where I did not feel cold at all (I stayed in 3 different hotels), thanks to the central heating, I guess. The staff were super nice and helpful, spoke good English, treated me like a princess (I am a solo traveller). If you have the money, stay at this hotel for your last day in Sapa (just stay in the hotel so you can get the most out of it after you're done exploring Sapa). It's totally worth the price, trust me. Greetings to the receptionist lady who wore the infinity-shaped necklace and the bell guy with cute dimples who helped me take my luggage and brought me more bottles of water. Love it!!

What a gem in Sapa! Highly recommended! We have enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Everything was just amazing. The staff members are super positive and helpful! They helped to organise tickets with no extra cost to get to Fansipan.
