We liked just everything. The check in was super smooth. The foyer was luxurious and we got even welcome drinks. The room was super cozy. We got upgraded to a bigger one. Lovely balcony. Amazing deco. Breakfast was super good. Nice roof top bar. And staff was amazing. Very close to the old town. Totally recommended

Very nice and friendly staff. We got upgraded for our 2 nights stay. Room was new and big. A good place for base when visiting Hanoi in walking distance to both shops, old quarter and train station. And good value for money. Thanks to the team for warm welcomes to Hanoi!

Excellent location in the Old Town, 3 minutes from the Train Street. A lovely hotel with a rooftop pool, the staff were excellent. We stayed at this hotel twice, in different rooms. Both rooms were larger than average and had comfortable, large showers.
