The service at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and modern and extremely comfortable. The quality of the food was of very high stamdards. I also had 2 massage sessions at Evian spa and the therapists were superb! The hotel is connected to the mall with a good supermarket in the basement area. Shout out to Hai the concierge who ensured my driver arrived to take me to the airport.

This hotel is brand new and the facilities inside are great and modern. The view is amazing, the restaurant includes breakfast and dinner - both very tasty and with a good variety. Also the service was very nice, they also speak good English and arrange vegatarian food options when you ask for it. The pool area is super nice, the beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The only "bad" thing is the location. It is pretty far away from walking to somewhere (for going to the Airport the next days, it is perfect or of you have time driving by bus or taxi to the city centre), but if you want to go out for dinner in the evening, there is not much around. There is a beautiful parc directly in front of the hotel, which made it a little bit better. But in total I would recommend staying there!

The location of the hotel is in a close proximity to many places of interest! The hotel is well decorated, staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped us to organise the personal trip to the Tam Chuc Pagoda on January 1 and it was an amazing experience. This hotel has an excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh meal and vegetarian options. They also advised us a good restaurant for the January 1 “As Busy As It Gets”. They answered the messages immediately in WhatsApp. All the time we felt under their care. Maybe the best hotel in all Hanoi!
