This place is a gem amd what a lovely welcome we had. Conrad and his team are amazing, the rooms and the whole hotel is decorated with taste, the service is perfect and the breakfast is from heaven. I would recommend this place to everyone looking to extend the magic in Franschhoek and have an exceptional experience. We opted for the room with private pool, gorgeous!! The breakfast were next level. Started with cold breakfast, 14 different fruits, Akademie smoothie and home made granola/muesli, followed by warm breakfast, eggs benedict, absolutely amazing. Avocado on toast divine followed by cappuccino.

    Been on the Tram twice now.

    Been on the Tram twice now. All lines have their own Highlights. The Red line was definitely - Le Lude, Maison, Eikehof, Paserene, Grand Provence and Rickety Bridge. Purple Line - Boschendal was our favourite. At the main terminal you have to start with a Coffee and a Beignot.

    Loved the location-on a working wine farm. Staff were friendly and helpful- easy check in procedure. Cottages were modern and well furnished. Beds were comfy- kitchen was clean. It was close to town and all the shops cafes and markets. Also enjoyed a day out on the Franschhoek wine tram exploring the many beautiful vineyards that the area is famous for. Would definitely go back again thanks
