Where do we start? The fact we booked a return visit within the same 3 week holiday says it all. From the moment we got there the excellent team at The Lofts Boutique couldn’t do enough for us. From activity recommendations, restaurant reservations or just helpful advice on our holiday as a whole, Allan and the team did it all. The hotel and rooms are just beautiful and the team have thought of all the finishing touches to make your stay effortless. The main and most important thing to us is that the team actually cared and you could tell from the excellent standards they had in every aspect of their service. It has a great balance of feeling like a luxury escape and a home away from home. We’re already planning our return visit and cannot wait to get back. Thank you to The Lofts Boutique. You really did make our holiday! If you’re contemplating this hotel, don’t. Just book it!

The hotel is located at the shore of the Knysna Lagoon, 3 km from the city center, so It's tranquil and calm. I had a beautiful lagoon view at sunset time from my room. Additionally, all the staff are friendly and helpful. It's the perfect hotel for a relaxing vacation.

Our stay was brief and short. However the property is spectacular. Location couldn’t be better. Right on the water with beautiful views. Garage parking with direct access to the house made me feel safe. Close to the Knysna Waterfront and exit to N2. The host was most helpful up on check in and made extra sure I was able to get to the property and kept me on a phone call to explain the keys, locks, wifi etc. I was pleased with the experience. All and all a really great experience.

Comfortable and clean accommodation set in a beautiful estate with the most stunning gardens and parks. Very safe, relaxed and quiet area. Only 10min drive to the Knysna waterfront and very central to all activities/sightseeing in the garden route. Peter was so welcoming and helpful during our stay, felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the garden route 😁

Perfect place for a couple that want to spend the week exploring Knysna, Plett, Wilderness and surrounding areas. Beautiful views of the Knysna waterfront, heads, lagoon and sun set. Visit was in late April, and we got perfect weather the whole week.

This is a brand new establishment so the owners are putting the final touches. It is very coveniently located: walking distance to Thesen island harbor town and to the Knysna waterfront. The unit was basic but had all the required amenities. For our short stay it was excellent value for money.

Great location by the lagoon - nice walk along the waterfront to Knysna Waterfront Well equipped nicely appointed cabin with parking spot outsideand a nice outlook Enjoyed hiring ( very cheaply! ) bikes ( basic but functional) and kayak for a peddle around / paddle across the lagoon . Good shower.. Few mins drive from waterfront& Thesen Island restaurants and easy days out in Plett area and Wilderness too
