We love this little glamping spot!! Away from the city lights and noises. The staff is amazing!! Very friendly and welcoming! We even got to go to the barn and milk a cow! Having a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances you could possibly need is a bonus

Room was large, quiet, clean and perfect! View of Volcano Arenal could not be beat. They prepared breakfast for us early each morning as we had early departures each morning.

The lodge was in a great spot just outside of town. It was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna, with so many birds! The breakfast was massive and delicious and the host was amazingly kind. Would recommend to anyone who has a car and is looking for places to stay in La Fortuna. It also had the best pillow I've slept on in weeks!

This place is magical! The staff was SO friendly and really made you feel welcome. The pool and jacuzzis were amazing, clean, and easy to reserve. The grounds are beautiful, and the view is the best in the area. Rooms and common areas are all well kept and taken care of. There is a pool table and also foosball for socializing and having fun in the evening. The gym was available, although we didn't use it due to all of our hiking both on the property and in La Fortuna. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was surrounded with greenery and was truly so serene. We even opted to stay in for most meals just because the ambiance there was so wonderfully cozy and peaceful. Saw coatis, birds, monkeys, and armadillos!

El Sol is a hidden paradise in Monteverde, completely immersed in nature but still close to Santa Helena community, offering all facilities you might need like an infinity pool with a stunning view over the mountains to contemplate as you watch the sunset sipping your glass of wine!!
