We stayed for three nights and had a great time! The lodge is in a lovely location surrounded by nature. You can easily walk to the village on a path in the forest, as well as to the beach which is like 200m away. We booked all our trips with Willis directly and he organized boat transfers accordingly. You can also catch a ride with Willis in the evening to and from the village (or just walk). The meals are simple but healthy and tasty (casado style). There is not much variety, but it changes a bit every evening. Breakfast was different every day of our stay. The property is kept very clean. One worker was collecting fallen leafs and taking care of the garden every single morning and the pool was always clean, contrary to some reviews that I read on here. Overall I can recommend All Rankins without hesitation.

Lovely, very helpful staff. Full coach transport from San Jose and back, but hired a car and drove to the half way restaurant. Arranged by messaging ahead. Left the car there for free and picked it up on the way back k trough. 3 different tours included in the price. All meals included. Truly a wonderful experience.

Located next to the beach, still only 50 m from town, with AC, a large variety of interesting people, great atmosphere. Great staff.

- the location of the bungalow in the jungle; - the interior of the bungalow; - the reception staff which was so nice and so supportive. We are a French couple traveling by ourselves. We had only booked the room, with no service. The reception staff has organised everything for us, and very sympatically. - the guide, Fernando, of our boat tour, very interesting and very supportive - the lunches and diners, which are simple, but very good and very healthy.

Absolutely amazing unique place. Fun sitting out on the veranda watching the wildlife (we saw Parrots, Racoons, Frogs toads, spiders). Good variety of food and incredible early morning safari and turtle watching tours.

A small Oasis in Tortuguero, with the sweetest staff. Good food, good bar, positive vibes. The night turtle watching trip is a very strong experience, for all family members. Remember you're in side a mangrove in a rainforest.
