Tranquil and calm ambience. Traditional Khmer village style resort with local design cottages around a nice pool in the centre. Well maintained garden. Superb staff.

I chose this accommodation because of the traditional wooden buildings. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, having a verandah overlooking the pool was lovely and the downstairs area was good to escape the heat. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were extremely helpful. We were sick at the time of staying at this lodge and the staff were so caring and helpful. They checked on us regularly, brought us ginger tea, and made sure we had food. If we hadn't lived in Cambodia previously and weren't as comfortable with the language and getting around, I am sure they would have done more for us. The staff are the kindest and most caring Cambodians you will meet and the accommodation is very good value for what you get. Because of the location it feels less touristy. Initially, I thought itvwas too far away from the centre but it's really only a short tuk tuk ride or a 20 minute walk. There are plenty of places to eat and visit over that side of the river.

We really enjoyed the hospitality from the owners. We talked a lot and learned about the cambodian culture. They were very generous, the owner took us to our busstation by car at the end. The house is very beautiful and clean, espescially the room. Would 100% reccomend this place, best price for value if you want to have a more layed back time from the busy center.
