I really enjoyed my stay at Melford. The real wood furnishings and parquet flooring added a touch of elegance to the comfortable ambiance. The host's excellent English and helpful assistance, from arranging transportation to providing valuable tips, made our stay truly memorable. The owners went out of their way to make me feel at home immediately. Their attention to detail and communication was excellent. The space heater and drinking water were a nice touch. Loved the view, the classy cabin vibes, the location- right across from the lake! The breakfast was seriously the best I've had in my entire time in Sri Lanka! Nothing but love for this spot and this family. BOHOMA STUTHI!!!

Such a lovely place to stay, we were glad to be slightly away from the centre of town. Kushan was a brilliant host, we could have come with no plans at all and he would have ensured we had lots to do to make the most of our time in Nuwara Eliya and onwards! Pedro Tea Estate is a short walk through the tea plantation from the cabin. Breakfast was delicious and the perfect amount, we could choose from Sri Lankan or Western breakfast (we had Sri Lankan). There's a lovely view from the tree house where food is served.

We loved our stay at the Hill Safari. The views were spectacular, the staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome and the room was everything we needed. The food was also delicious and they gave us many new year treats to try. They recommended some great walking routes, talking you through the route with a hand drawn map!
