All staff was very helpful, friendly and caring. Food was very tasty nad served in an atmospheric dining room. Room was comfortable, clean and with increadible views. We were givien a guide to take us for a safari and we had an absolutely fantastic day. In the morning we were welcomed by a group of elefants and a couple of giraffes passing by. Staff were exceptional. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely. Amazing value for money. You don’t need to spend thousands on a lodge to visit the Serengeti. And the location was perfect, you had a beautiful sunrise and sunset and animals in the lodge (e.g. giraffe, antilope, buffalo, hyena we only saw at night).
