The room is large and comfortable, the place is well maintained and beautiful. The pool is clean and fun. The staff is very helpful and the food is delicious. The owner is a lovely woman! She helped us with everything we wanted to do in Cat Ba, including a trip to Hanoi at the end. All the activities she arranged for us were excellent.

Everything was great. The house's territory is spacious and very green, the vibes are relaxing. Food (specially vegan/vegetarian options) are delicious - would like to come again for fried tofu. The staff is friendly, polite and willing to help with any question and activity. They also suggest a bunch of activities to be occupied with, which is very nice. The road to the place also was smooth thanks to staff assistance. Enjoyed the time there a lot!

Staying in this hotel will make your time in Cat Ba a whole different experience. We skipped all the trip planned, and decided to stay in Cat Ba because of this hotel. ( I saw many travelers stuck in this hotel in same way lol) On contrary to many hotels on the bus streets, this hotel is carefully hidden behind narrow streets, and you find it in front of a beautiful mountain. That give you a nice breeze from the mountain and most quiet and peaceful time in the city. (only sound you hear will be breeze shaking leaves on the tress and cock-a-doodle-doo from neighboring house lol). In the hotel, which is run by an owner and her family (and a beautiful dog lol) , each staff members will be on your side like your friends. In the courtyard, you find a big pomelo tree and dog sleeping underneath. Since the time passing here is so comforting, it almost feels like living in this island. Losing opportunity to stay in this hotel will make your trip a completely different experience.
