New ZealandOur villa was breathtaking, lunch was great, our dedicated game rangers were attentive and well informed and the facilities and reserve overall are wonderful. We wish we could have stayed for more than a night and day (ie we booked lunch, evening game drive, dinner, breakfast, morning game drive). Then we could truly have enjoyed the restful atmosphere and surrounds of the villa.
Our children (12 and 8) had never been on a game drive before and loved it. We saw so many animals, including elephant, only missed the lions and leopard. Lovely experience.

We loved the hospitality of the owners who made us feel very welcome at their lodge. We stayed for 3 nights and went on multiple game drives during our stay. It was amazing that it was the owner himself who drove us around the reserve, so he was able to tell us in detail about the origins of the reserve, how they manage it and show us the wildlife conservation efforts they undertake. You can see the animals from the lodge, if you are lucky you might see a hippo... we did the safari and had lunch/breakfast over there. Both were great!! We felt like a part of the family here and were sad to leave...
