We enjoyed the breakfasts on the high table, the afternoon on the terrace and the clear stars at night. We did not mind it was outside of Hanga Road, rather the opposite. The recommended German guide was excellent. The Family tried to make everything possible. Highly recommended.

The beach is just a 3 minute walk down a coastal path. All rooms offer an ocean view and are equipped with a private bathroom. Some rooms have also a private balcony. Location was superb and the family who owns the Casa were very welcoming and helpful. Guests had full use of facilities in a gorgeous location.

Mataveri International Airport is 5 km from the property, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service. Amazing staff, these are the people with great souls! The cabin is really nice. The fact that the property is located outside the city I consider a plus - it is a nice walk to the city, closer to other sites on the island, and the absence of light around makes it a great place for stargazing at night.

Tahai's archeologic ceremonial center is a 5-minute walk away and the downtown is just a 10-minute walk. Vickie and Marcelo are wonderful people. Vickie collected me at the airport...and Marcelo took me back there when I left. The cabin is beautifully rustic, spacious with great character. The wifi was excellent and the location is close to Tahai beach with its impressive moai statues. It's an easy walk to cafes and Pea beach where you can swim and watch numerous sea turtles which come in close to feed. An unforgettable experience. Do visit the close-by cemetery....it's the most beautiful and characterful I've ever seen and a must-see though respectfully of course.

We found it very convenient that the airport was only a 2-minute walk away. We would book here again anytime.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. This small boutique hotel is amazing ! It should be called El Paraíso ! The setting in nature is absolutely lovely, the food is the best by far we had in Chile (with fruits and vegetables direct from the garden), the rooms are large and well designed and last but not least, the staff was so kind and helpful.
