Unique, wildly beautiful treehouse room with huge trunks, crossing the space, creating a romantic, rustic feel. Absolutely try to get this room if you can. There is no aircon, but it’s also not needed as it gets surprisingly chilly at night. The best thing is waking up to the sound of Caribbean waves, howler monkeys and tropical birds. Priceless!

The bungalow was way more than I expected! It is a beautiful jungle paradise surrounded by gorgeous flora and fauna. We were lulled (lol) to sleep every night by howler monkeys. Thankfully I have heard them before or I would have been petrified! It is an easy walk to the town of Cahuita and the national park. The 2 hammocks were great for relaxing, napping and listening to the sounds of the surrounding jungle!
