Location is great, the hike up isn’t that bad. staff are amazing, especially Ruben who keeps the place going day to day and always very friendly, singing and full of smiles! His knowledge and experience meant that we saw 9 orangutan in 2 days when some trekkers didn’t see any! Comfortable even though there is no fan or air conditional. The family room is spacious. The resort has nice landscape garden. There is a vegetable farm beside the accommodation. Have nice view of Gunung Sinabung. Although breakfast is not included, it's cafe also serves delicious western food. Like the quiet yet calming of the atmosphere of the hotel. Highly recommended!
