This little house was the nicest accommodation on this trip. Small but perfectly done out. Well provisioned kitchen with a Nespresso machine and enough coffee for the entire stay. Hob, microwave and toaster, everything we needed for a great stay. Comfortable bed and the little ladder up to the sleeping loft wasn’t daunting although someone with mobility issues may struggle. We thought it was quite exciting. Very cute property, we absolutely loved it!

The houses are beautifully designed with high quality materials and are perfectly heated, making them super cozy and comfortable. The surrounding scenery is absolutely stunning! The host was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home and the breakfast was simply delicious. The road to get there isn’t the easiest, but it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. Plus, the sky is dark enough to see the northern lights and we were lucky enough to witness them - an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality stay.

A stovetop and toaster are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Absolutely perfect — 10/10! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the shower was excellent, the bed super comfortable, and the view from the apartment was stunning. Parking was available right at the apartment, which was very convenient. Out of all the places we stayed during our 10-day trip in Iceland, this was by far the best. A must-pick — highly recommended!

Loved this place, yes the cabin is very small so we left our suitcases in the car but for the price and location it was one of our best stays on our 16 day ring road trip People mention problems with the hot tub but when we stayed the owner met us and explained how it worked and it was really great. Make sure you visit the turf houses nearby - next to the hotel with a pool in the distance.
