The private bath was a such a treat. We loved the views from the room and shared spaces as the house is next to the forest. Akira is an awesome host. Even though we stayed here during green (and rainy) season, he gave us lots of recommendations of things to do around the area. He speaks English fluently so communication was very easy. Can’t recommend enough!

If i can give 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i stay for 6 nights with my husband & kids. Mr. Chen is really super kind, so caring to his guest, super polite, super generous.. I am at a loss for words to describe how kind he is. I am really very grateful for Mr. Chen's kindness and attention. Thank you so much Mr. Chen’s we will never forget your kindness. The room and bathroom are super comfortable and clean. They are always cleaned every day. The location is super strategic because the shuttle stop is right across the street. At check in and check out, Mr. Chen will pick you up and drop you off on time. There is not a single negative thing about this place.

The property offers a free shuttle service. Free private parking is available on site. Amazing ski hotel close to all the action. The hotel is really cosy with multiple private baths. The rental options are at a far better price, and there are a lot of big European sizes. The owner goes above and beyond for the customer, offering to drive from the station to the mountains. The breakfast is also very tasty :).

Amazing amenities (private onsen was the best), close proximity to great restaurants and bars (walking distance, but still peaceful and quiet at Belnina), delicious home cooked breakfast buffet, and the absolute kindest owner. Lovely place to stay on a quiet street in Hakuba a short walk to restaurants and shuttle for skiing. Owners are wonderful people. Extremely helpful and friendly. The private onsen is nice after a day on the slopes.
