The pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable, and we loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping. The setting is so peaceful, and having our morning coffee while looking out at the mountains was a real highlight. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the place was spotless. Always an enjoyable experience staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

My favourite thing is the wood burning fireplace in the room which made for an extremely cost atmosphere. The property itself is pretty and in a nice area a short 4min drive from the old historic part of Swellendam. Lana helped us book a nice dinner (the last table) in town upon our arrival and was very sweet. The room had nice complimentary touches (coffee, rusk, etc.). This room would be great for couples or family with 1 or 2 small kids as there are bunk beds in the room.

It was clean and neat and bright and shiny. Loved the pool deck area and we were a group of friends so was lovely to spend time together out there.
