The service was very warm and very thoughtful in organizing our trip, the hilltop setting was great, the village was very clean, and after the heavy rain, it was just as beautiful as the picture! The room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable The favorite part was the pool, which was really out of this world Great travel experience, will definitely come back!

My second visit and for sure not the last. Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, quite and amazing view, unique and large rooms . Highly recommend. The best in zhangjiajie. (bonus: if you like cute and friendly cats and dogs they are all around :).

Beautiful hotel located at a small village,great location close to the entrance of national park,no queue up to Avatar mountain.you can enjoying sunrise at the room. Big clean room with soft and comfortable mattress,high speed WiFi,Nice breakfast with good coffee We wanted to find a hotel in a natural setting,away from the noisy tourist area but still close the park,this is the best choice. Staff consistently went above and beyond in being responsive - shuttling us in and out of the area, providing guidance on travel, booking tickets at a discount helping us avoid the travel crowds. Food was amazing. Lots of little things that added up - free clothes washing, playground for children, friendly dog, digging up food from their garden for your dinner, evening fire pit etc.

Perfectly charming private villas tucked away in the resort. Awfully peaceful not sharing walls, just the birdsong. Staff were frightfully helpful, and the breakfast buffet ticked all the boxes - proper sausages and decent coffee included. Stayed late July. Entirely comfortable and rather better than expected. Would absolutely return. Jolly good value for the quality, quite dashed reasonable for what you get.
