The studio was perfect! It felt very homely and Františkovy Lázně offers a great base to explore the surrounding area. Check in was easy, we were provided with all the information needed and having access to a washing machine was an added bonus. Our favourite part, however, was our own little balcony and terrace for guests on the first floor, which even had a little play area for children.

Just an overnight stay close to german border. Nice room, friendly personnel, most likely nice neighborhood (it was dark when I came / left). Will stay longer next time to explore the place.
