Wonderful stay! Warm atmosphere! Merabi and his team (family) provided outstanding service! Saba met us in the night and kindly helped with luggage. Ucha's care and hospitality was unforgettable. Excellent property located immediately on the skiing slope Pirveli. Guests can literally enter the hotel on ski or snowbord immediatelly from the slope. Fantastic access to skiing infrastructure. Lockers are provided to store the equipment. Ski Rental location is at the parking. Excellent spa with outdoor jacuzzi and indoor swiming pool. Overall good brekfast and good food quality in the restaraunt.

My family and I had a wonderful 3 nights at the Mood Hotel. The hotel owners and staff could not have been kinder to all of us! The rooms are lovely, and ours had a beautiful view of the mountains. Our room had a well-stocked bath with robes. We ate dinner at the hotel each night, as we were tired from hiking each day. The food was terrific and the service was outstanding. The seating area is awesome for sitting and having drinks, also. The only thing lacking is the breakfasts. Fresh bread and fresher fruits and cereals would be helpful. The eggs, though, were good, and so was the coffee. Also, note for Americans and Europeans -- breakfasts are served throughout this area at 9 AM. I definitely would stay at the Mood Hotel again.

We enjoyed staying at this property due to a number of reasons: - great location and nice view - new property, everything is done nicely - very welcoming owner (we think this man on reception was an owner, but maybe not) - great person who made sure our staying was great - amazing bathroom!
