It was a gorgeous experience. 10/10 Modern and comfortable. My family and I stayed at the hotel and all of us was absolutely happy about our choice. I hope I’ll be able to stay there at winter time, I think it would be even better. View from the big windows is really on point.

Host is very nice and helpful. He helped me by answering all of my questions and also with the transportation. The property is very nice and clean. The view from the balcony is also very beautiful. The location is very close to ski rent, good restaurants, gondola, money exchanger and supermarket. It's like you can go everywhere by walking. If we were visiting Gudauri again, we would definitely stay here again

We recently stayed at this apartment in the Gudauri and were very impressed with the experience. The apartment is located in new Gudauri near most important funiculars, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It's perfect for skiing lovers. Beautiful appartment, smartly designed to accommodate big families, minutes away from the ski lifts. Two ski lockers downstairs were convenient. The host was always available and very helpful. The appartment had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipment. Lots of restaurants nearby. The WiFi was great and reliable, unlike our friends’ experience in other apartment blocks. Important note to other coffee lovers out there - bring your fave coffee beans with you. The only place that sells coffee beans in the area was Dunkin Donuts near the ski lifts. We are rhe family of five.

We had a fantastic experience with my family. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Ski lifts are within walking distance, and a delicious restaurant, ski rentals, and the ski depot are also in the same building. The apartment is large, and every room has a TV. There are two fully equipped kitchens, and the beds are very comfy. We will go again, and I plan to go with my family this weekend, in fact. Thank you for such hospitality.
