Service was absolutely the best!! Our transportation from the airport didn’t come, but we got a complimentary transportation on our last day so we were happy with the solution. Very beautiful environment and clean everywhere. The reception staff helped us with booking a catamaran trip, which was amazing. I can recommend to anyone staying in Santorini.

I had a truly wonderful experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and I felt comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. The service was not only professional but also warm and personal, which made all the difference. The massages were deeply relaxing and expertly done and the food was delicious, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank-you goes to Gwgw, whose kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my time here exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it is a rare combination of professionalism, relaxation, and heartfelt hospitality. And of course, Santorini is a truly amazing island that makes the experience even more unforgettable.

We absolutely loved our stay in Santorini! From the moment we arrived, Vangelis made everything so easy and welcoming. He’s honestly the best, super friendly, helpful, and you can really tell how much he cares about making sure everyone has an amazing experience. He helped us with everything we needed, and just made us feel very at home. The room was lovely, the location is perfect (right in the middle of the island, so it’s easy to get to different spots), and the breakfast was super fresh and tasty. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The bed was also very comfortable, so we slept incredibly well! Also, we fell in love with the cats around the hotel, especially one that kept visiting us:) It made our stay even more special. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and we’d absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini!

Incredible Experience! The staff are truly amazing—genuinely warm and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family in the most sincere way. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. My stay far exceeded expectations. The food was top-notch, the cleanliness impeccable, and the level of accountability impressive. Everything was perfect. In this place, we felt like we came to visit our greec cousins. Dimitris was exceptional from the beginning. We arrived near the property and we were walking up the street and Dimi saw us and came immediately with a special car to help us with the luggage. Then he bring us to the nice 2 floor appartement and gave us all of the details for few minutes(not just trowing you inside the room and going). We needed a car so he arranged it for us. I lost a small bag in the taxi and Fanouria called the company for the bag. They gave us so many good tips and we could ask them for whatever. Like your bigger cousins. The bathrobes were softer then a small kity. The place was perfectly clean, really spacious with everything that you need and more. Nice wine glaces and so comfortable bed. It was amasing to have the breakfast in the room and enjoying that stunning view. Thank you Dimitris and Fanouria for caring so much and for everything. Hopefully see you again. Thank you our greec cousins ❤️

This hotel is truly excellent on all levels. Outstanding staff and excellent management. The room size is outstanding. My room has a private courtyard with a swimming pool, where I also get a sea view. The manager is very kind and thoughtful, they even sent staff to help me with my baggage while checking in and out. I also got some help with car booking since my own car rental booking was toast, and the hotel manager helped me at the last minute! I also enjoyed a semi-private boat trip thanks to the host who helped me book it from reception. I had a fantastic time during my stay, and thanks very much !
