The owner is a really nice lady with a lot of tipps of how to spend the time in Bitola and what to see there. She was very friendly and helpful 😊

everything was wonderful about this hotel...one person I would especially mention was Sonja. She was extremely helpful to us going over and above to get us all we wanted and needed to make our stay so much better. Kudos to Sonja.
