Beautiful and quiet, but not too far from town (an uber on Friday night was $30). Clean, spacious, all amenities top notch. Wonderful communication from the proprietor regarding late check in info.

So cosy and comfortable, the property is actually a block away from city center and only a few houses away from the main road but you hear absolutely no road noise at😁the spa is placed in a world of its own so much space in one small space. Roger and Katz are the perfect hosts! They were so welcoming, and always happy to offer suggestions for our trip. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. There was a choice of excellent breakfasts. The location is great - a short drive or long walk to the centre of Rotorua, but right up against the lake with stunning views (and a kayak to explore the lake!). Will definitely aim to come back if we're in the area again.
