So cosy and comfortable, the property is actually a block away from city center and only a few houses away from the main road but you hear absolutely no road noise at😁the spa is placed in a world of its own so much space in one small space. What an amazing B&B. It is not about the amenities, it’s about the people that open their home and hearts. Stayed 2 nights in the most comfy beds/room i’ve ever stayed in and felt like family when we left. Great help with anything you need in Rotorua. Breakfast was amazing, meeting other guests from all over the World.
