It was the best hotel to stay in cebu island. I would like to thank the general manager of the hotel (forget her name) for the attitude and reception and how she help the guests and for managing events for such a beautiful celebration 2024. Lester is a champion!!! He appears everywhere and can't do enough for you. The food is top notch and there is so much to choose from. All of the staff are really well trained, and they just seem to be a level above the other hotels that I stayed in on this trip. They politely engage in conversation, and you can see it is genuine. The hotel has a lovely vibe to it. I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely pool area, very comfortable bed, has Netflix and other apps to watch films/series which was great if you want a night to just chill, very close to the airport (costs about £1 in a grab to get to), ended up staying here for a layover 3 nights on different occasions as was just ideal

    I've stayed at all luxury resorts in Cebu/Mactan and the Reef is by far the best when it comes to the breakfast. Great variation from day to day. One day I asked if the enchiladas contained pork, which they did and which I don't eat, so the helpful staff asked the chef to make a vegetarian enchilada for me. Overall 5/5. First time I had an early check-in in Cebu in 10 years (we arrived at 11 and the room was ready). All other places you have to wait even if the room is ready.
