We made this reservation last minute and we are so glad that we did. We were greeted by Edward who was very welcoming and helpful. The unit was immaculate, bed linen, towels, Delphi, cutlery etc all pristine. We had 5 nights of sleep and felt right at home. The unit is more than ample for a week or more stay and we have no doubt we will stay again on return to USA.

Location was very central . Close to everything. We walked a lot . The hotel is in the top of the Comcast building. It has stunning views and is very comfortable.

There is no onsite staff but they go above and beyond to make sure you have all the necessary information as well as information on the surrounding area. The room itself was great! Beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Excellent location right across from city hall with an amazing view! The staff provided exceptional service, they provided us with a microwave (which we kept until the end of our stay) and a several complimentary water bottles. Lobby and all other common areas were excellent.
