Additionally, on the occasion of my birthday, the hotel prepared a beautiful surprise with flowers, champagne and fresh grapes. The room was upgraded at no additional cost so we had a beautiful view of the sea. In addition, when leaving, we received Albanian sweets, Albanian alcohol and a fridge magnet for free! Incredible! I have never experienced such high quality service at such a price. Additionally, the breakfast was very delicious, plenty of choice, with a beautiful view of the sea. I highly recommend it! If I'm ever in Saranda again, I will definitely come back to this hotel :)

Lovely environment, very clean hotel, spacious room, toilet and bathroom was so clean and room is always cleaned every morning.....our room was so lovely and the view so beautiful.....(Beach view).... breakfast options were always on point...I couldn't find any fault during my stay...the receptionist was so lovely and welcoming.... above all very helpful..... definitely staying in this hotel when I visit again.....it felt like the holiday should not end!!!
