Manager Tedo was always in touch and handled our wishes and request with great care and attention. Both my wife and I were astonished and delighted when we saw what they had done for us. It was absolutely amazing and will definitely remain a cherished memory. The room was decorated with balloons as I had requested, they made a personalized greeting card, and even baked an entire cake—not just a slice, but a whole delicious and moist cake! They also included a bottle of champagne (even though I hadn’t asked for it!). The room was very warm and cozy, cleaned daily, with fresh towels, gels, and other essentials replaced every day. Overall, this place truly deserves its five-star rating. The transfer service was also remarkable—we were pleasantly surprised by how punctual and efficient it was. The car arrived promptly, and any request for transportation was fulfilled within five minutes. A big thanks to the drivers Vitali and Beki as well.
