The location was perfect, very close to everything, public transport is like 5 minutes by foot, the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, there was an ironing room that was accessible for every guest which we found very useful, the room was very tidy and cozy.

Mercure Grand Hotel Biedermeier Wien is situated in a quiet and unique Biedermeier passageway close to the City Park. Vienna's historic city centre is a 15-minute walk away.

The room is big enough, quiet, stylish and cozy. The staff are really helpful - I made three different bookings for colleagues and myself which had to be amended several times becasue of flight delays, change of number of people in the room, etc. - and every time I got proper attendance and service. The hotel is close to the center and in a nice neighborhood where you can shop, eat and relax. The restaurant is very nice, food is good, waiters are friendly, the bar works late!:)
