The motel has very comfortable rooms with a modern, clean interior and a small kitchenette. A self check-in system is in operation which means that rooms are available immediately upon arrival - no need to go to reception.

The check in was easy as the envelop with our room number was written on a sign board outside of reception and the key to our room was already available on our room's door. The staff was lovely and helpful as well. The room itself is spacious with everything that you would need. The location of the motel was excellent as it is in the middle of the town and there are restaurants and groceries stores within few steps away.

We had a wonderful stay at the motel, staff is super friendly. The highlight of this place is the location, very close to the 12 apostles. There is small supermarket and great restaurant nearby. Highly recommended this motel.

This is a lovely boutique motel extremely comfortable and up market. Spacious room lovely ambience. King size bed wonderful sleep. I booked an extra night and Manager gave me a discount. Just out of the main township but an easy walk in if needed. Recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful one-night stay over the weekend in the Portside Motel. Our room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect, close to everything in the town and to all major tourist attractions.

Clean and tidy motel provided just what was needed for an overnight stay along the Great Ocean Road. Great location, and easy to find after a long day on the road.

Good quality Motel with friendly staff. Everything was clean and good enough for one night stay. Free coffee at reception and free parking at accomodation.

Best motel I've ever stayed in. Lovely room and decor - great quality linen and bedding.. very quiet - couldn't hear neighbours at all. The hosts had taken great care to make it feel special.. little touches like night light in bathroom and mozzie candle, fresh towels daily and good coffee made our stay so nice. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you!
