Staffs are very nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean. We can see the harbor and Tempozan Ferris Wheel from our rooms. The hotel is very close to Universal Studios and convenience stores.

Out of many hotels in Osaka, this place is always our favorite. The room is compact but enough space still available. The location is not right in the hot spot but close enough to go anywhere by train or taxi. The price is always very reasonable. The staffs are very helpful and speak English. I truly admire honest business like this hotel.

Many thoughtful details along with a genuine dedication to sustainable practices. I came in out of a downpour to check in, was soaking wet and the thoughtful staff welcomed me with a towel to dry off first thing. Later, when I went out for food, staff directed me to where they keep the umbrellas for visitor use. The thoughtfulness didn't stop there... my room was detailed down to the crisply clean and pleated shower curtain. A choice of nine different kind pillows, pajamas and green tea helped make be feel right at home here.

Great room with a nice view. Private open-air onsen was really enjoyable. Staff was very attentive and their hospitality was really on a high level. My wife had a birthday so the hotel managed to prepare a nice gift for her - amazing! The food... oh the food... Chef Ota-san and his crew have managed to prepare one of the most enjoyable feasts I've ever had. Big thanks to everybody involved in preparation of such culinary joy! My next visit in Arima will surely be here again!
