The capsule room is almost like a proper room, very spacious and cosy. The outdoor onsen was the highlight of my stay. The host is very kind and friendly and really cares for the guests. If I ever return, I won't look for other places.

Excellent amenities and services. We were also offered an upgrade to an apartment from our room. We were travelling a lot and use the room only to sleep, bath and relax a little bit after long days. So we have no clue about the restaurants. The parking is sufficient and the hotel is well placed to make trips in the surroundings. We felt very well treated.

Everything is perfect, with the private onsen and the view to fuji mountain. Comfy bed and very large living and dining area. Nice location. Next to the pier terminal. The accommodation has given us a welcoming treats (a cake, snacks and drinks like sake, beer and soft drinks).

This was the most beautiful stay we had in Japan. The hotel and the premises are a whole experience. The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our room when they saw we came with two toddlers. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!
