Greeted by a lovely gentleman, there was a language barrier, but the gentleman was extraordinarily kind, helpful, and couldn't have been more patient with us. The room was a lovely size, and comfortable.

Great dinner and great spring. I have a friend who is vegetarian and they make create a vegetarian dinner and breakfast for him. Really appreciate their attention to details for the customers.

I booked ocean view and show evidence to your staff, but she said she can’t understand Chinese. I don’t know what to say! I ordered 2 night with ocean view for celebrating my birthday, that was so terrible!!! The hotel price is not very cheap compared to others with no ocean view! She even asked me to pay much more for upgrade!!! The room is very small and bed is hard! And room soundproofing is worse! And the floor in Osen is slippery, I ffell to the ground!!! I highly recommend that guest can choose others!!!
