Located in mt. Shiroyama, the view of sakurajima was so beautiful. The hot spring makes me so happy, too.

Very kind, thoughtful, and sincere workers including receptionists. And a hot spring was also great. Ramen was very nice. If I have a chance to stay there, I will definitely stay there again.

View is fantastic and hot spring is good. The shuttle bus is convenient and running covers most daily time.

The view of the volcano from the room was outstanding. The staff especially the concierge was great. Onsen was good.

Nice hot spring with a great view!

The hotel is a luxury property in a beautiful location directly facing Sakurajima volcano and overlooking the city of Kagoshima and Kinko Bay. The service was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean. The onsen shares the stunning view.

Large hot spring (onsen) and facilities were great. The outdoor hot spring boasts a view of the Volcano Sakurajima. Breakfast buffet was amazing with their huge selection of choices. It is an old, famous hotel in Kagoshima and it has history. Everywhere including our rooms were spotlessly clean. It also has a convenience store.
