One of the most satisfying hotel experiences ever had. Location is great. Nice and clean facility. The onsen is amazing! Breakfast is outstanding. There are a lot of free gigs to enjoy. Staff are also very kind. I will stay here again when I come back.

The hot spring onsen was a bonus. We needed an interconnecting room. The hotel is right outside a metro entrance. Relatively easy to get Osaka Castle, Aquarium and Dotonbori.
