The views over Sapporo are stunning from every room in this hotel, whether it be from the bar, the breakfast lounge or indeed the bedrooms. Staff were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to remember our interests and plans, adding a personal touch to the service. As we were staying for several nights we opted to have the traditional Japanese breakfast, served in the Sky Restaurant, for one of our breakfasts. Staff were attentive in explaining every aspect of the meal and how the food was prepared. The location of the hotel in the tower over the station suited our transport plans in being conveniently close to both train and the hire car office that we used.

The location was extremely convenient and within walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and many great restaurants. It was also only a 3-5 minute walk to Odori Station. The daily breakfast buffet was amazing and full of both Japanese and American choices. Having an onsen to soak in at the end of the day was a huge plus! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They gave restaurant recommendations, and directions and even organized a taxi service for 6 of us with lots of luggage. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were of a good size and the onsen was incredible.

Booked the baby friendly room. Very spacious and plenty of amenities provided. Very close to the subway station for Namboku line (direct line to Susukino, Odori and Sapporo). Wonderful restaurants provided for breakfast and dinner.

Just a 3-minute walk from Odori Park and Nishi 11-chome Subway Station, Sapporo Prince Hotel offers rooms with city views and free WiFi.
