Everything is top notch, room is spacious and clean with daily room service, staff is extremely friendly, warm and hospitable. I would like to express my great gratitude to Iwasaki (岩崎） at dining and Yamada (山田泰子） at reception, they are doing their best to make customers happy with great smile 😃 Not forgetting to mention the meals which is very delicious, ingredients are fresh and with great variety. Lovely spacious rooms, helpful kind staff, Meals were well prepared and the afternoon tea on check in was a lovely touch. View from room and outdoor bath was stunning, so special. Staff very helpful when we needed extra help to contact local onsen, they were so kind and called ahead for us so we could keep our booking on very short notice.

Incredibly lovely staff. They made our entire stay even more remarkable. Micasa is a good place to have a first contact with Ryokans as there are not too many guestrooms and the hosts are soo welcoming. The onsen were usable in a private setting which made this another good place for first contacts with Japanese experiences. All in all this has been a memorable highlight of our visit to Japan and a core memory will remain the farewell by the staff member. She has such a loving and engaged attitude.
