The staff was amazing. We were very satisfied with the accommodation, very helpful staff, especially Henry, who gave us good advice on what to see in Hanoi and the surrounding area. He arranged everything for us. The breakfast was great. The train street is nearbly.

The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I missed breakfast one day and they arranged to deliver a plate of fruit to my room. The wifi stopped working another day but they quickly fixed this. The breakfast had a variety of options including a lot of meat/seafood but the staff were very accommodating with arranging other options. The location was perfect, the facilities are clean and there is a beautiful view from the restaurant on the 10th floor. The spa facilities were also wonderful. Overall, I would recommend without hesitation.

Very spacious room with comfortable king size bed and the most amazing bathroom. The couple who run it were so helpful. I turned up having not eaten all day so they got me in a pizza. I also haven’t been well (picked up a bug) the guy (sorry I didn’t get his name) could tell I was struggling so carried my bags up the road to the taxi. If you’re looking for an airport stop over….look no further.
