We absolutely loved everything about this peaceful ryokan—the beautiful grounds, the delicious Kaiseki meals, the relaxing onsens (both private and public), the clean and comfortable room, and the incredibly kind staff. A standout feature was the private dining room assigned to each guest room, which added an extra touch of exclusivity and charm.

Guests can relax in the hot spring bath at the property. There is also a public bath that can be reserved for private use. Breakfast and dinner that was provided was really good. Staff was really attentive and welcoming as well. They prepared decaf tea for us, even making sure that the meal was catered to what you asked for (no raw food, no beef etc). They helped us to parked the car, and even help to clean the exterior of our car! Room was great to experience local culture. Private onsen facilities was wonderful as well, just need to queue for it.

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. Absolutely gorgeous place: a small cabin in the woods, very comfy and spacious, with a lovely indoor bath. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the dinner was abundant and excellent (the shabu-shabu beef was amazing), as well as the breakfast. We had a really lovely stay and would have loved to stay more!!

Location. Stunning view and atmosphere. Sympathy from the staff. Kudos for Shujan for his kindness and informative interaction. Amazing food experience.

It also features a lounge with complimentary coffee and WiFi, a terrace and a garden. Free parking is available. We stayed in Shion room which was really special with a stove in the living room, a foot bath room and indoor bath. The outdoor public bath was really good too, and not crowded at all in the morning. The service provided by all the staff was very welcoming, making us feel relax and comfortable. Really enjoy the stay.

Dinner and breakfast were fantastic as well.
