From start to finish all staff where absolutely lovely so helpful all spoke good English and where so helpful with myself & my young child as i was traveling alone nothing was to much to ask if i needed hot water for the baby they helped every time room was so cozy clean all hotel was well looked after 24 hours a day its also a 24 hour restaurant which i found so good when hungry late at night food was very tasty very good selction on the menu the main bus picks up just down the road & they have there own ables taxi service highly recommend this hotel to anyone can't wait for my next visit also if you stay there staff are so helpful on the front desk girls where so funny and amazing with my baby girl amelia they always everyday went out there way to play with her when i was heading in & out i stayed for a total of 16 nights and it was amazing price with breakfast included each day 108,000 lek or 1,060 euro for everything i will be back

    We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It’s beautiful as soon as you drive into the car park. It was spotlessly clean, so comfortable & the staff were extremely welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious & really reasonably priced. The breakfast was amazing. People have put negatives about the location, yes it’s about a 20 minute walk into Fier but the map shows this & we loved that we were in a quiet and relaxing environment. We would definitely return!

    Good location, close to the center. Free parking spot. The flat is fully equipped and new. Very clean, has AC and very quiet neighborhood. The hosts parents checked us in. they don't know English only Italian.

Room was good, comfortable but nowhere to sit besides the bed. Air conditioning worked well. Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Printing services available.     Locatipn and car parking security which is very important in Albania. The bedrooms are huge, clean and the comfortable bed is massive too..Very impressive entrance and coffee/bar area that was busy which is a good sign. The staff are friendly and helpful.
