We had the perfect holiday. The hotel has everything you need: close to the sea, great breakfast, quiet area, restaurant and markets near by, all the facilities in the room, cleaning service every day, and the most important the staff, Luciano and his family took good care of all our vacation. We had a beautiful Sarandë experience. All thanks to the folks in the hotel. We started each day with the sumptuous breakfast being served consisting of hot foods/beverages and lots of fruits. The facilities were decent and the location was just so perfect. We’ll definitely visit again.

Everything! Location was right in the thick of it but just slightly offset enough for it to be quiet at night. Mini market opposite entrance and restaurants/bars galore within 5 minutes walking. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful but a special mention to Moniq. She ran the place so well and couldn't do enough. Hotel is brand new, spotless and rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was varied and delicious. It was served on 4th floor with fabulous views. Recommend

Staying at Boe Luxury Hotel was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless, every staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every little detail. I stayed at Hotel Jako for two nights and had a truly great experience. The facilities are excellent — there’s a rooftop pool and a jacuzzi downstairs, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the hotel staff, who were incredibly attentive and caring throughout my stay. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows. Thank you to Odise, the manager, for the warm welcome and constant smile and help . And a big thank you to Ida at the front desk for her kindness and professionalism — she really made a difference. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, but I’ll keep a very positive memory of this trip thanks to the amazing people at Hotel Jako.

Although our visit was just for one night, this newly opened hotel in Ksamil left a lasting impression. The rooms are incredibly cozy, with tasteful decor and well chosen furniture that gives a warm, inviting feel. Despite the short stay, the staff made a big impact - attentive, kind and ready to assist at every step to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. The breakfast was another standout- flavourful, generous and clearly prepared with care. A truly delightful place that we would happily return to for a longer stay.
