This small and very modern hotel set in immaculate grounds is an excellent base for exploring the Dilijan National Park. It offers spotless, very comfortable and naturally lit ensuite rooms with views across a wooded valley. The owners go out of their way to be helpful – we were running late and pre-ordered dinner via WhatsApp having been sent photos of the restaurant menu. The timing of the buffet style breakfast, 09.30hrs is not ideal for early starters (we were on a bird watching tour), but when it is served it is both generous and offers excellent choice. We also ate dinner in the restaurant both nights and the freshly prepared meals are first rate with enormous portions. Perhaps many dishes perhaps are best shared to avoid the sizeable “doggy bag” we took for lunch the next day.

The place - silence with the river sounds, cleans, the river, forests and mountains around. The room and size was good and the weather was great no sunny and not rainy to mouch :) The hosts are very helpful and open to support you.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The environment was very clean and peaceful. Even though I was late checking in, they were very kind and waited for me و And the atmosphere was very lovely and quiet. The location was absolutely perfect, offering complete privacy thanks to the private property on the shores of Lake Sevan. A peaceful seclusion, it was incredibly convenient. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, a warm shower, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a cozy kitchen.
