The rooms are very nice and Anush and her husband are very good hosts. We were welcomed very friendly. There is a menu in the room from which you can order a delicious dinner. Definitely recommended! The room was spacious and contained everything needed. Our best stay in Armenia!

I had the whole place for myself, so an optimal experience. It is like an apartment in the first floor, with 2 rooms, one with a bunkbed , and the other with the double bed and an extra single. So a maximum of 5 people. All super clean. WIFI great. Toilet clean. Great common area with a TV with satellite. Microwave. Not really for cooking unless you use the MW. Host was friendly, and reachable by Whatsapp if anything happens. Great stay I had. For me, 10/10
