Very friendly and very generous host. I really had a feeling that somebody takes care of me. The rooms are nice, the common bathroom and the kitchen are spacious and equipped with everything one might need. The place is close to the trailhead to the monastery / castle.

In general, perfectly designed. In my bathroom there was a wall with stones that were covered with green plant (moss?) which looked extremely fresh and made it feel even more close to nature (oops, didn’t take a pic). Breakfast and dinner were amazing, all fresh and tasty. If you go to Yeghegis specifically for animal watching and birdwatching, ask the host to give the tips and maybe even help early morning 6am - they are all in the big rock in front of the hotel area. Was great for my guests - they complained that we didn’t stay there for more nights 😅

Location is great with excellent views over the mountains. The pool was a good refresher after a long and dusty day. Nice restaurant and good breakfast.

The best part is the family that owns the place. They're the best. Good to visit the monasteries around that area. You can also have a good homemade dinner and breakfast there.

Nice location with a great view on mountains. Very welcoming hosts. Spacious room. During the winter, be prepared to pay some extra for heating, which is reasonable: the heating costs a lot in Armenia

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed. The garden was a peaceful and beautifully maintained space that added to the relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm hospitality of Edgar and his father. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Edgar genuinely cared about making sure we had the best stay possible, and he absolutely succeeded! A special thank you to his father, who went out of his way to help us find a medieval bridge we had been looking for earlier in the day. He even offered to show us around Yeghegis the following day, despite having work commitments. This is not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Quiet large room. Very friendly host Samvel met us. He cooked a great breakfast every morning. Upon arrival, the host treated us to a welcome drink and fruit. Samvel gave us many useful tips for continuing our journey. We stayed here for two days. Highly recommended!
