Extraordinary homestay. My best home in 3 weeks in Armenia. It could figure under 4 Star Hotel. Elegant, all comfort. New furniture, carpets and all what you could find in a high priced Hotel.. His Owner VARDAN together with his wife are extremely nice, high cultivated and have a great knolledge about history, culure ,and can give you precious Help for a perfekt Tour. Nina and her husband are very friendly. The room is very clean and bright. The common room is delightful, very condortable. There's a balcony for watching the sunset. The bathroom is very nice. The breakfast is also very good (ask for the honey, it's homegrown).

Very small room, but comfortable bed and okay for a short stay. Host family were very friendly and endearing, and offered a taxi service to Tatev monastery the next day (about 30km south).

Nice place to be and visit places nearby in the south of Armenia i.e. Sjunik region like Tatev, Shaki Waterfall, Goris, Stonehenge, … The houses are cute and cozy, everything is clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is included and there is a rich selection of Armenian type breakfast. The dinner is on a very good restaurant niveau and it is very tasty again with typical Armenian dishes from the region.

A nice place with some beautiful touches, like a place around fire in the yard. Amazing hosts. Amazing breakfast with fresh honey-made dishes. And very close to both the monastery and the Wings of Tatev cable car.
